Each price includes:

• New boiler and flue kit
• All materials and installation
• Magnetic system filter and system flush (a limescale reducer on combi boilers)
• Commissioning and Building Regulations notification
• Removal and disposal of your old boiler

Replacing like for like, or changing the system

A like-for-like swap, in the same position and the same type, is the simplest and quickest job. A change such as replacing a regular boiler and tanks with a combi, moving the boiler, or changing the flue route involves more work, and is assessed at the survey and priced before you agree. Repair or replace?

A fault does not always mean a new boiler. If the boiler is old, keeps breaking down or parts are hard to find, replacement can cost less over time. If you are unsure, book a diagnostic visit first: £92.50 for the first 45 minutes. See repair or replace your boiler?

How replacement works

1. Answer a few questions online and see fixed prices for a range of boilers.
2. Book a free survey. We check the boiler position, flue, gas pipe and any extra work.
3. Agree the price and the date.
4. The new boiler is installed and commissioned by Gas Safe registered engineers, and the old boiler is removed.

What we do not do

How much does a boiler replacement cost?

Combi boilers start from £2,049 fully installed. The price depends on the boiler and the work needed, so see your price online and a free survey confirms it.

Can I swap a conventional boiler for a combi?

Often, yes. It needs a survey, because tanks, cylinder, pipework and flue may change. It is priced before you agree.

Do you remove the old boiler?

Yes. Removal and disposal of the old boiler is included.
