Using this website

You should be able to:

• zoom in up to 400% without most text spilling off the screen
• use the main pages with a keyboard
• use the site on a phone, tablet or computer
• get prices and book a survey through our online quotes
• read most pages with a screen reader

Our newer pages and online quotes were designed with headings, labelled form fields, visible keyboard focus and good colour contrast.

What we know is not yet right

• Some older pages still use an earlier design with layout tables, small text or images without full descriptions
• Some pages include content from other providers, such as embedded maps and our online booking pages, which we do not control
• Some older pages have long link text or links that open in a new tab

We are replacing older pages as part of an ongoing redesign.
