Replacement, conversion or a more involved installation?
A replacement in the same position is different from changing boiler type, moving the boiler or altering the heating system. Tell us about cylinder or tank removal, extra radiators, controls and pipework changes so these can be considered in the quotation.

Installation timing depends on assessment, the agreed scope, suitable equipment, access and installer availability. A same-day or next-day installation is not confirmed until it has been agreed with you. For a suspected gas escape, use the emergency instructions rather than the booking form.
