Sizing and running costs
A combi boiler heats water as you use it, so there is no stored hot water to run out of, but it supplies one or two outlets well at a time. A cylinder stores hot water, so several taps and showers can run together, which suits homes with more than one bathroom. A cylinder loses a little heat while it stands, so insulation and the controls matter. We look at your household, water pressure and available space at the free survey before recommending a system.
What we do not install
We do not install solar hot water or oil-fired systems, or gas fires and warm-air units.
