What we do for agents
We carry out landlord gas safety checks and issue the CP12 record, and we can quote for boiler servicing and repairs on the same properties. Call free on 0800 118 2128 to talk through how you want to book.
Published prices
A CP12 record is £92.50 for up to two appliances and £22.50 for each additional appliance. Gas fires are charged separately. Key collection is £15, or £30 to collect and return keys, and parking is £10 per hour where it is needed.

How booking works
We review the location, scope and pricing before sending the payment request. Once paid, the booking is confirmed. A two-hour arrival window can be confirmed on the day. Make clear who is authorising the work and who pays.
