Central heating installation & replacement enquiries.
Planning a new heating system or changes to the existing one? Tell us whether you need radiators, pipework, controls, a boiler replacement or a wider installation, so the appropriate assessment and quote can be arranged.
Define the work before choosing equipment
Include the property type, number of rooms, existing heating and hot-water arrangement and the changes you want. Photos and an existing floor plan can help explain the layout, but do not replace any necessary on-site assessment.
A proposed installation needs review of the property, equipment, access and compatibility. Product choice and the agreed scope are confirmed before work is accepted; an online enquiry is not an installation commitment.
Radiators, pipework and controls
Tell us which rooms need changes and whether you are replacing existing radiators or adding new positions. Mention finished floors, concealed pipework and access restrictions that could affect the work.
If a boiler replacement is part of the plan
Use the free boiler installation quote route and describe your heating and hot-water needs. The final recommendation follows review of the property and installation requirements.
Ask for a written scope covering the equipment, proposed work, exclusions, payment arrangements and any manufacturer warranty conditions. Do not assume a quoted warranty applies to every appliance or installation.
Quote, access and scheduling
Installation work is priced for the agreed project; the £92.50 diagnostic visit is not the price of a new heating system. If an investigation is required before a proposal can be made, its scope and charge are confirmed first.
Tell us about occupied rooms, an agent or landlord who must authorise the work, parking and any building-management requirements. The installation timetable and payment arrangements are agreed with the proposal.
