You may only need help with an existing control, a like-for-like replacement or a different way to schedule the heating. The right choice depends on the boiler, system and current wiring and controls.
Tell us what is not working or what you want to change. A heating fault may be elsewhere in the system, so replacing the thermostat is not automatically the right first step.
Wired, wireless & smart options
Basic wired controls, wireless room thermostats and compatible smart controls offer different ways to manage the heating. Not every product suits every boiler or system.
For smart controls, confirm any internet, account, app or subscription requirements for the chosen product before purchasing. We do not promise a fixed energy saving or that all existing controls can be retained.
Send these details
Provide the boiler make and model, clear photos of the existing thermostat, programmer and receiver where safely visible, and the model or product link for a proposed replacement.
Describe whether heating, hot water or both are affected, any error messages and your full property postcode. Do not remove electrical covers to take photos.
Agree the installation scope
The quote should confirm supply, fitting, setup and any additional wiring or control changes. Electrical work is assessed and allocated to someone competent for the tasks required.
After installation, we explain the agreed control functions and how to use the basic settings. Product accounts, apps and ongoing subscriptions remain subject to the manufacturer terms.

Should I buy the thermostat before booking?
Send the proposed model or product link first so compatibility can be assessed. A suitable product depends on the existing boiler, system and controls.
Can you help if the thermostat appears to be faulty?
Yes. Describe the symptoms and send model details. The thermostat may need diagnosis rather than immediate replacement.
Do you fit radiator thermostatic valves as well?
