What affects the price
- The number of radiators and the size of the system
- How contaminated the system is and how the pipework runs
- Access to radiators, the boiler and the pump
- Whether valves or other parts need replacing
- Whether a magnetic filter is added afterwards
Is a power flush the right fix?
Cold spots at the bottom of radiators, noise and slow warm-up can have other causes. The survey identifies the right repair or cleaning method. A power flush does not repair worn components, and results depend on the system. See power flushing.
Protecting the system afterwards
Corrosion inhibitor and ongoing maintenance help protect a cleaned system. A magnetic filter collects magnetic debris and can be cleaned during servicing.
