Boiler service cost in London
Our boiler servicing starts from £92.50. This guide explains what is involved and what can change the price.
Our price
Boiler servicing from £92.50. The price and scope are confirmed when you book. See boiler servicing for what a visit involves.
What the service involves
The service follows the manufacturer’s instructions, so the checks depend on the boiler. They can include gas tightness, flue and combustion checks, ventilation, gas pressure and rate, controls, visual checks for corrosion and leaks, and safety devices.
What can change the price
- The type of boiler and how easy it is to reach
- Parking: £10 per hour where it is needed
- A landlord gas safety check booked at the same time; see service and gas safety check together
- Repairs or parts found to be needed, which are agreed with you first
Service or repair?
A service is planned maintenance and does not replace diagnosing a fault. If the boiler is not working properly, book a diagnostic visit instead.
Comparing prices
Compare what each service includes, whether a record is provided and whether repairs are quoted before work. A service record can help keep a manufacturer warranty valid.
